In MY Heart

Good Morning. I wonder what the weather was when Jesus carried the cross. Was it hot, cold, sunny, bleak or was it a day we would all remember? I left North Carolina with it 75 degrees and arrived in Michigan with snow covering all of the land. Was Jesus hung on the cross? I didn't know the meaning of it. Have you ever flown in an airplane and when you took off it was gray and bleak? Then you've gone up in the air above the clouds and it was a beautiful sunny day? I sometimes wonder if that's how it's going to be on the day when I die. Will I see God's sunshine or God's rain? All my life I've prayed and prayed, gone to Mass, Good Friday services, Easter Sunday but I don't think any of that went into my heart. I knew it in my brain but now I know Jesus in my heart and WOW does it feel good!

My "Zackie"

**MOM...I will help you with this blog when I get a second. Things have been quite hectic, but I took it upon myself to jump on here this last time.

After our phone conversation last night I felt helpless. All I could do is pray. You love all of your grandchildren, but Katie and Zack have always had a special place in your heart. All of the other kids are okay with it and used to it since you've lived near them for their entire lives. I know your heart is broken for Zack right now. Know that God has His arms wrapped around your little boy and He will never leave him or forsake him. He knows how much you love him, too!

On Ash Wednesday, here is one of your favorite Catholic songs! He is holding all of you in North Carolina in the palm of His hand.
Love you,
Annie xoxo

p.s. There are a lot of awesome prayer warriors out there praying!

In My Life

Hi, I'm Annie and I'm Theresa's daughter. I helped my mom set up this blog so she can write down some of what God is doing in her life. When I was in high school my mom loved helping me write my papers for English class and she could edit my papers like nobody's business. I thought it was time she wake up those brain cells and get to work.

She has lots of material for writing. Growing up in a family of 7, getting married when she was a senior in high school, having 7 children of her own in a little over 10 years, having several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, traveling all over the world, having a business of their own, moving several times, losing a daughter and her husband are just some of the topics you can expect to read about in the future!

Okay, Mom it's your turn!
I love you and am proud of you!
Annie xoxo
